These trends, combined with rising household debt, are putting households at increasing risk. And how can Canada’s large financial institutions build trust in their online tools, while enhancing the customer experience?
Rizwan Khalfan is the Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Payments Officer at the TD Bank Group. He’s responsible for setting the strategic direction for all digital and payments activities, while creating more intuitive, personalized and integrated experiences that help customers live their lives.
Before joining TD, Rizwan worked for Citigroup, overseeing their Operations and Technology in Europe. He’s a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the University of Toronto.
