Lisa de Wilde is the Chief Executive Officer of TVO, a public-funded television and media company. Prior to leading TVO, Lisa was President and CEO of Astral Television, a partner in the law firm of Heenan Blaikie in Montreal and legal counsel for the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
She has served as a corporate director for several public companies, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations, including TELUS, Toronto Global and the Toronto International Film Festival. Lisa is a member of the Order of Canada, holds a Bachelor of Arts and of Laws degrees from McGill University, and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
